Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 15 April 2024 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Meridian Solar Farm Limited (company number 14887675) whose registered office is situated at 6th Floor St Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6HD, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
