NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 26 January 2022 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Gate Burton Energy Park Limited (company number 12660764) whose registered office is situated at Oxygen House, Grenadier Road, Exeter Business Park, Exeter, EX1 3LH, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
