This letter is a reminder of key approaches and timelines that apply to the closedown of the Energy Companies Obligation (ECO1). It follows our previous communication issued 13 March 2015.
The letter gives:
- a summary of the key compliance issues and approach to be taken for each by Ofgem and obligated parties. It includes clarification of existing guidance.
- a timetable restating key milestones and dates (noting any changes to previous communications).
We have highlighted where there are exceptions to the closedown approach we have previously outlined.
