NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 04 September 2017 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Alfa Smart Energy Ltd (company number 10833778) whose registered office is situated at Alfa House, Greenfield Court, Adel, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS16 7TU, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
