This letter explains our decision not to veto changes to Scotia Gas Networks Connection Charging Methodology Statements for the Scotland and Southern gas distribution networks. The changes take account of recent revisions to the Fuel Poor Network Extension Scheme, and improve the clarity of both statements.

We also ask Scotia Gas Networks to make several additional corrections to the statements.
