These are the ED1 Price Control Financial Models for the Annual Iteration Process (AIP) that will take place by the 30 November in Regulatory Year 2015/16.
Under Part C of licence condition 4A of the Electricity Distribution Licence, the Authority is required to publish the Financial Models it will use for the AIP in November of each regulatory year.
At present there are two PCFM’s, one for the four fast-tracked Western Power Distribution licensees and one for the remaining ten slow-tracked licensees. These are the same models as previously published, but with the year selector moved forward by one year in preparation for the AIP.
