We have undertaken a review of the documents published by licensees on the Energy Network Association’s Smarter Networks Portal. We are concerned that licensees are not doing enough to discharge their obligations under the Network Innovation Allowance governance arrangements.
This letter explains our concerns and explains what standard of documentation we expect licensees to provide.
