Offshore Transmission: Draft Cost Assessment for the Humber Gateway transmission assets

This document sets out the draft assessment of costs which ought to have been incurred in connection with the development and construction of the transmission assets for the Humber Gateway project and details the cost assessment process we have undertaken.
