This document sets our decision on the funding for Northern Gas Networks (NGN)’s Innovation Competition project, The City CNG Project. In our 2015 NIC funding decision we asked NGN to amend their project submission to better meet the NIC criteria, and in their Project Direction we restricted access to the NIC funding until this was in place.
