Decision to modify standard licence conditions 14 and 15 of the electricity generation licences held by all licensed generators, following a statutory consultation published in March 2015. These amendments will allow generators to exercise compulsory entry powers to survey the suitability of land for activities in relation to electric lines and associated plant including where these activities, and other activities for which compulsory powers are currently accessible, are carried out by another licence holder. The licence modifications will take effect from 23 October 2015.
