Invitation to participate in code administrators’ performance survey

As part of our CGR3 Final Proposals we set out that the Code Administration Code of Practice (CACoP) qualitative metrics needed to improve and required greater visibility if the results are to be helpful to industry. We concluded that Ofgem should commission an independent third party to undertake a cross-code survey and that the final report should be published on the Ofgem website. This letter confirms the appointment of Future Thinking to undertake the survey and sets out the next steps for the survey.
