Decision to close the investigation under the Competition Act 1998 into the behaviour of Scottish Power and Scottish and Southern Energy in the wholesale electricity market

On 8 April 2008 The Authority launched an investigation under the Competition Act 1998 into the behaviour of Scottish Power (SP) and Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) in the wholesale electricity market.

The Authority decided to close this investigation.
