iGT039 sought to replace sections of the iGT UNC which relate to services that will no longer be provided by each of the iGTs, and instead incorporates by reference the relevant sections of the UNC. It is complementary to the previously approved  modification UNC440.

The authority approved this modification on 11 March 2015.
