DCP188 proposed to ensure that the report provided by Embedded Distribution Network Operators to each Distribution Network Operator included Black and Yellow distribution ‘time bands’, following DCUSA change DCP130.
In accordance with standard licence condition 22.14 of the Electricity Distribution Licence, the Authority directed that modification proposal DCP188: ‘Addition of Black and Yellow Tariff to Portfolio Billing’ be made.
