Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement DCP166 and 166A - Additional text for the DNO CCCM to provide clarity where a customer requests a supply voltage in excess of the "Minimum Scheme" for the capacity requested

Decision

Publication date

DCP166 seeks to clarify the Common Connection Charging Methodology (CCCM) and how customers are charged for connection costs.

It does so by adding new legal text which states how charges will be affected where the customer has requested a number of supply phases and/or a supply voltage that is above the Minimum Scheme level set out in the CCCM. The costs of reinforcing the distribution system in those cases would be charged in full to the customer. On 11 April 2014, the Authority approved modification DCP166.
