Following the notice which Ofgem issued on 19 July 2016, under Part B of Charge Restriction Condition 4A of the Electricity Distribution Licence, this direction modifies the ED1 Price Control Financial Model (PCFM).
This is the version of the model we will use for the Annual Iteration Process (AIP) which will take place by the 30 November 2016.
