On 16 December 2019 we published a statutory consultation on proposed modifications to standard condition C27 of the electricity transmission licence.
We received four responses.
Following consideration of these responses, we have decided to implement the licence modifications as set out in the notice that accompanies this letter. Our decision will take effect from 18 June 2020.
