This letter sets out our decision to grant a request from IDNOs’ for a derogation from their charging methodology due to a Last Resort Supply Payment claim by Octopus Energy Ltd. This derogation covers those IDNOs with an approved charging methodology which replicates the Use of System charges of the host DNO.
