Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC): CMP241 ‘TNUoS Demand Charges during the Implementation of P272’

CUSC modification proposal CMP241 seeks to amend the CUSC so that, from 1 April 2015 onwards, Profile Class 5-8 consumers who move from Non Half-Hourly (NHH) to Half-Hourly (HH) settlement during a charging year prior to implementation of BSC modification P272 are treated as NHH for transmission charging purposes for the full charging year, and where they move prior to a charging year before P272 is implemented, the associated supplier may choose whether to treat them as NHH or HH for transmission charging purposes for that charging year. The Authority has approved this modification.
