National Grid Gas (NGG) required by their gas transporter licence to have a Generic Entry and Exit Revenue Driver Methodology (GRDM) Statement setting out how revenue drivers are calculated.
Under Special Condition 9C NGG must review the GRDM Statement every two years and submit to Ofgem for approval.
We gave NGG consent in December 2017 to update the GRDM Statement without consulting on the changes or providing an accompanying statement from an Independent Examiner.
This letter explains why we have now approved the revised 2018 GRDM Statement.
