On 17 May 2019, we received three proposals from the Electricity System Operator for approval. One in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (SOGL) and two in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2196 establishing a network code on emergency and restoration (NCER).
This letter sets out our decisions to request amendments to the blackout state proposal, the market suspension and restoration rules, and the settlement rules for market suspension.
