Grid Code Modification 0033: Offshore Wind farms not connected to an Offshore Transmission System

GC0033 sought to modify the Grid Code to ensure that the benefits afforded to 'Power Park Modules' in the Grid Code are restored to relevant Generators located Offshore and to improve the clarity of the code.
