Decision on Balancing and Settlement Code Modification P447: Avoiding impact of Winter Contingency actions on cash-out prices

The Authority has approved P447. This modification avoids a potential issue with cash-out calculations present if NGESO needed to call on the winter contingency service, which is available from 1st October 2022 to 31 March 2023.
