On 10 January 2020, we requested amendments to a proposal from all asynchronously connected Transmission System Operators regarding common settlement rules for intended exchanges of energy between synchronous areas as a result of the frequency containment process and of ramping restrictions. This letter sets out our decision to approve the revised version of this proposal.
