Decision:
We propose to introduce a new licence obligation to secure a reliable three week switch. A reliable switching process encourages customers to engage in the retail energy market. This engagement supports competition and benefits consumers. We want to make this change now while wider improvements to switching, that have been discussed as part of our Change of Supplier project, are developed.
