NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 25 November 2013 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Vattenfall Energy Trading GmbH (company number HRB 80335) whose registered office is situated at Dammtorstrasse 29-32, Hamburg, 20354, Germany, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
