Uniform Network Code (UNC) 292 Proposed change to the Annual Quantity (AQ) Review Amendment Tolerance for Small Supply Point (SSP) sites

UNC292 proposes to reduce the AQ amendment tolerance level from 20% to 5%. In support to this process, UNC292 also sets up an amendment allocation mechanism which governs how Shippers submit amendments for each day of the AQ review period.
