NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 04 December 2015 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to UK Power Reserve Limited (company number 07385282) whose registered office is situated at Radcliffe House, Blenheim Court, Warwick Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 2AA, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
