NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 14 February 2014 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to TrailStone GmbH (company number HRB 154548) whose registered office is situated at Hardenbergstrasse 27, Am Zoofenster, 10623 Berlin, Germany, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
