NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 23 August 2013 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Smarter Eco Energy Limited (company number 8536558) whose registered office is situated at 160 Elliott Street, Tyldesley, Manchester, M29 8DS, Great Britain, authorising it to supply gas to any premises situated in Great Britain.
