NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 23 September 2013 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Smarter Eco Energy Limited (company number 8536558) whose registered office is situated at 160 Elliot Street, Tyldesley, Manchester, M29 8DS, UK, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
