Boag McCann were commission by Ofgem to produce guidance on implementing information remedies as part of the Retail Market Review, covering: Summary Box on Bills, Tariff Information Label, Price Increase Notificiation letter and Annual Statement. The report was completed in October 2012 and was published alongside the Retail Market Review - Final domestic proposals consultation in March 2013.
