The RIIO-GT1 PCFM was incorporated into Special Condition 4A of the Gas Transporter Licence on 1 April 2013, under the licence modifications that implemented the RIIO-GT1 price control arrangements. For convenience, the links to the PCFM and GT1 Financial handbook are in the links;
