UNC410 proposed to place an obligation on Gas Transporters and Shippers to take responsibility for any gas consumed at Unregistered Sites following new connections to the network.

Decision summary - "In accordance with Standard Special Condition A11 of the Gas Transporters Licence, the Authority hereby directs that modification proposal UNC 410A: ‘Responsibility for gas off-taken at Unregistered Sites following New Network Connections’ be made."
