GC0065 sought to change the Grid Code as a consequence of recent changes made to the System Operator-Transmission Owner Code (STC) (STC CA049) that oblige Offshore Transmission System Development User Works (OTSDUW) developers to build offshore networks with the capability to respond to Reactive Power Instructions from the System Operator within two minutes. The Authority approved the modification on 29 November 2013
