Decision:
This is a consultation on the proposed new licence text for Special Condition 2D: Permit Arrangements for the Provision of Incremental Capacity and Special Condition 3A: Restriction of NTS System Operation Revenue. The new licence text will allow us to issue a direction to implement the Permits Arrangements for year 2 of RIIO-T1.
