NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 04 July 2017 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Texas Energy Limited (company number 10610384) whose registered office is situated at C/O Harrison Clark Rickerbys Limited, 5 Deansway, Worcester, Worcestershire, WR1 2JG, United Kingdom authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in Great Britain
