NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 16 March 2016 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Statoil Exploration (Ireland) Ltd (company number 249996) whose registered office is situated at Georges Dock House, 2 Georges Dock, International Financial Services Centre, Dublin 1, Ireland, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
