On 27th September 2013, Ofgem published modifications to the GT1 Price Control Financial Handbook and Price Control Financial Model (PCFM). These notices modified the GT1 Handbook and PCFM from the original versions in effect at 1 April 2013 (the start of GT1 Price Control Period). The summary of the changes can be found on the RIIO-GT1 PCFM - summary of recent modifications.
The updated PCFM formally comes into effect on 27 November 2013 and will be used for the Annual Iteration Process that takes place by 30 November 2013. This Annual Iteration Process will calculate the licensee's Base Revenue (the MOD value). This will apply in the formula for each licensee’s Base NTS Transportation Owner Revenue or Base NTS System Operation Revenue for Formula Year 2014/15.
