NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 18 December 2018 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to OVO Energy Limited (company number 06890795) whose registered office is situated at 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol, Avon, BS1 6ED, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
