NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 31 October 2017 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Nevada Energy Limited (company number 10872509) whose registered office is situated at C/O Harrison Clark Rickerbys Limited, 5 Deansway, Worcester, Worcestershire, WR1 2JG, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).

SPECIFIED AREA
Great Britain, the territorial sea adjacent to Great Britain and any Renewable Energy Zone, or at a place that is not a Renewable Energy Zone but is in an area designated under section 1(7) of the Continental Shelf Act 1964.
