NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 10 January 2014 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Inch Cape Offshore Limited (company number SC373173) whose registered office is situated at 5th Floor, 40 Princes Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2BY, Great Britain, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
