NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 8 October 2014 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Cardiff Energy Supply Limited (company number 09054885) whose registered office is situated at 25 Fidlas Road, Cardiff, CF14 0LW, Wales, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (attached).
