As part of the RIIO-2 price control, National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET) have the Bespoke Tower Steelwork and Foundations (NGET) Re-opener to seek funding for a range of steel and foundation works on Overhead Line routes.
NGET submitted this re-opener proposal to us in July 2022. We are now consulting on our proposed position on this project.
This consultation was originally published on our website on 14 December 2022, but was delayed after a request from NGET. The consultation is republished in its original form.
