Decision:
This consultation presents minded-to positions for the implementation of the Generator Commissioning Clause, supported by draft code modifications through which we will give effect to these proposals. The consultation also includes a statutory consultation on the proposed licence modifications provided as an annex.
We welcome responses by 24 February 2014.
