Ofgem has reviewed its timetable for tranche A of the second round of transitional tenders. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage for the Lincs project commenced on 18 July 2011.
As part of this review, we have decided that the most efficient approach to the transfer of the assets for London Array (Phase 1) is through a single transfer once they have been constructed by the developer. Based on the developer's construction programme, these assets are scheduled to be completed by August 2012. The ITT stage for the London Array project commenced on 30 November 2011. Based on this, we would expect to grant an OFTO licence and for asset transfer to be completed by no later than December 2012.
