Notice under Section 7B(9)(c) of the grant of a gas supply licence
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 16 October 2013 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Symbio Energy LLP (company number OC375128) whose registered office is situated at Whiteleaf Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 9PH, United Kingdom authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
