Ofgem’s Procedural Officer Decisions 2020/1 and 2020/2 in the matter of an application raised by an applicant

Ofgem has an ongoing investigation into a possible infringement of Chapter II of the Competition Act 1998 and/or Article 102 Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union by an undertaking consisting of PayPoint plc and its UK subsidiaries.
A first application to the Procedural Officer was made in February 2020 requesting that certain material collected from the applicant be treated as confidential.
A second application to the Procedural Officer was made in May 2020 requesting a reconsideration of the case team’s treatment of this information.
The Procedural Officer’s final decision was made in June 2020.
