Modification proposal 0628 ‘Revision to Credit Cover required in respect of participation in Auctions and Allocations of System Entry Capacity’

Ofgem has carefully considered the issues raised in modification proposal 0628 Revision to Credit Cover required in respect of participation in Auctions and Allocations of System Entry Capacity. Ofgem has decided not to direct Transco to implement the modification, as we do not believe that it will better facilitate the achievement of the relevant objectives of Transcos network code.
