NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 31 March 2015 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Turncole Wind Farm Limited (company number 09069277) whose registered office is situated at Beaufort Court, Egg Farm Lane, Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, WD4 8LR, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
